The client is a global consulting firm (Big 4) that requires reliable pre-employment verification before hiring employees. Considering the time-consuming nature of this task and given the huge number of hires involved on a monthly basis, client had to rely completely on external background verification agencies.

The client adopted our digital verification solution, V-KYE, that enabled virtual real-time verification of the applicant documents from the back office itself. The entire long-drawn process can now be carried out in one virtual session with these few simple steps:
Step 1:
Consulting firm agents become registered users on DialTM, and each of the agents will have their credentials on https://team.dialtm.in/
Step 2: Schedule Meeting with Applicant
Agents call the applicant (data will be available through email or legacy system) and schedule an appointment based on the applicant's preference.
2(a) Create Custom Form for Applicant Data
Agents create data form (with fields like Name; Applicant ID; Contact Number; E-mail ID, etc.) & then schedule the date and time to create a meeting link.
2(b) Share Meeting link/schedule on Email/SMS to the applicant
Once the meeting link is generated, agents send SMS & e-mail with the company-defined template to the applicant.
2(c) Scheduled appointments will be visible to the agent/manager on the appointment calendar
The applicant can click on the link on the meeting schedule, directly open the link in the browser and a meeting can be done. The app is not necessary.
Step 3: Conference Call
Once the participant joins in the conference call, the agent will ask the applicant to share the screen, show and upload the required documents for verification. Agent can also guide applicant to open the URL to fill in the form details. An agent can check on the screen what the applicant is doing.
3(a) Share-screen/ Co-browsing
i. The screen sharing option allows them to browse together through the documents and web URLs.
ii. Applicants will share the screen with an agent while filling the form and uploading the documents.
3(b) Call Recording
Call recording is enabled by default for all the calls for audit & review purposes.
Step 4: Reports & Audits
Customized reports are available for audits as well as future planning & process enhancement.
Step 5: Data Push to Client server
The data (if required) can be pushed to the client server for any future references or cross-checking.
