Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of DialTM, their affiliates and associates. This Agreement does not grant the customer any Intellectual Property Rights to the material and customer shall not have any right to duplicate or copy it.

The Customer shall not be permitted to use DialTM trademarks, trade /names, copyrights, service marks, logos, devices, and other Intellectual Property Rights except expressly permitted herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DialTM group. Any infringement shall make user liable for damages & other legal consequences.

DialTM shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damage, expense or injury of any kind whatsoever including loss of production, loss of or corruption to data, loss of profits or of contracts.

Without limiting the effect of the Clause above, DialTM maximum liability, if any, for damages, including but not limited to liability arising out of contract, negligence, unintentional misrepresentation, liability in tort or warranty of any kind, shall not exceed the payments received by the DialTM from customer under this Agreement.

All the terms of arrangement/agreement/policy shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of India and all disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
